Entry for March 26, 2007

I took Davy to be weighed this morning. He weighed 16 pounds 4 ounces, so he's only gained a pound in the last two weeks. He had fun "playing" with a 2 year old little boy in the waiting room. The 2 year old is getting a new brother in 12 weeks, so the little boy was very interested in Davy and kept trying to play with him. Davy seemed to enjoy it and kept smiling, especially when the little boy tickled Davy's feet. Right now he's in his bouncy chair. I have little toys on the bar over the chair, but Davy has his head thrown to the side and he's staring at the ceiling fan. Toys just aren't as interesting as a fan.

Well, it was difficult but I managed to control my impulses and pass up the opportunity to buy wool. I haven't had time to knit or crotchet since Davy was born, so I don't know why I thought I would be able to now. The wool was beautiful though. Maybe next time.
