Entry for March 22, 2007

Davy had an exciting day today. He got to see Aunt Katie, Grandma and Grandpa Sheridan, Aunt Sarah, Molly and Owen. Plus he was out for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Since Joe went out after work, I was out all day and didn't get home until around 8 PM. Davy was really hungry and sleepy most of the evening, and when I got home, he woke up immediately even though he had been sound asleep in the car. Joe and I took him for a long walk around the neighborhood to calm him and hopefully put him to sleep. I wore Davy in the moby wrap, and even fed him while we were walking. He cried for the first couple of minutes, but by the time we got home he was almost asleep.

I have become rather obsessed with making my stroller work with Davy's car seat. I finally got the seat in the stroller to recline, but the car seat didn't lock into place. This was the second outing where I tried to make it work. For some reason I become consumed with making things work when I'm at home improvement stores. I really hate that stroller. My carriers are so much easier and simpler. Plus I don't have to hold on to and drag around a stroller all the time. Darn stroller. You are my arch-nemesis.
