He's everywhere, he's everywhere!

Davy is really moving now. I thought he was moving a lot before when he was just rolling and creeping. Boy was I wrong. He's moving a lot more now, and he's moving much more quickly. I am really surprised how quickly he went from just crawling once, to totally mastering it. At first it was new, but now crawling is definitely part of Davy's moving repertoire. He's very calculating with it. Somehow he found his way to the cords behind the television. His favorite things so far to get into are paper, cords, and the remote. He'll follow the remote around as you move it away from him.

We stayed home today to try to get stuff done. Davy's crawling made it harder. I had to pay bills, and of course all the paper was a constant temptation fo Davy. Besides that, I keep all the bills in a plastic basket, so Davy wanted to chew on that and put his fingers in the openings.

Davy was pretty tired by 9, so we went upstairs. His eyes were really heavy, but then Joe came in to say goodnight and Davy woke up and started playing. He was crawling around the bed and playing, so I decided to get on the internet until he got sleepy. Well, he put himself to sleep playing. His hand is wrapped around one of his toys still. Yes, the toy in question is a doll. A pink doll. It makes the crinkly sound Davy likes.
