Davy and Grainne's Adventures

Davy turned 7 months today. It looks like he's still hitting all his developmental milestones.

He found a new place that he likes to explore and pull himself up. Since Joe was working from today, he was sitting in the corner of the great room in his "work" chair. Davy thought it was fun to crawl over to Joe and pull himself up on his chair. I moved him away several times, but Davy always headed back to where Joe was trying to work. Davy also likes the large wood elephant -- and the crotcheted doiley -- sitting on the table in front of the fireplace. He's been pulling it towards him and playing with the tusks.

Davy and I went with my mom today up to Polaris to pick up the pictures of Davy and Mikey that we had taken on Tuesday. I was afraid if we didn't do it today, it might not get done for awhile. Mom wanted to go back to Cheeseburger in Paradise, so we all went even though I had eaten with Joe at home earlier.

We also got our grocery shopping done, and picked up some things for Disney at Target. The pool things were marked down, so Davy got some new reusable swim diapers, sun glasses, and a baby floating thing with shade for the pool. I've been wanting to put shelves up in Davy's room to put his keepsakes, and Target had those marked down as well.
