Happy Father's Day!

Joe's very first Father's Day! Joe and I don't like bought cards, so since he wrote me two lovely notes for Mother's Day -- one from him and one from Davy -- he got two notes for Father's Day. It was way more personal and with the cost of "good" cards (i.e. cards that aren't sappy yet are meaningful), much cheaper as well. He also got Celtic tea, fair trade coffee, a mayan- like frame, dark chocolate, and a small notebook in a metal case.

We went out to Red Lobster with Joe's parents, Katie, Sarah, Jeff, Carly, Molly, Owen, and Jeff's mom to celebrate Father's Day.

Davy got to visit with his aunt, uncle, and cousins. Since he spent all the previous day with his grandma and grandpa and Aunt Katie, he didn't really spend much time with them today.

But he played a lot with Owen. Actually, he mostly stared at Owen while Owen pointed at Davy's bib and said "ball" over and over again. It was really sweet.
