Davy Channels Molly

We left our dishes on the table after dinner, and about an hour later Davy climbed up on a kitchen chair and continued eating. One of the reasons I leave food on the table is Davy knows he can eat on the table. Anyway, he reached in Joe's bowl (not his own, mind you), pulls out a hunk of pot roast, and gnaws on it. Sound familiar? Anyone?

My big accomplishment the past two days has been making dinner. Normally this wouldn't be an accomplishment, but yesterday I was gone all day getting meat -- which I then had to put away -- and today I babysat my grandma for 4 hours. I definitely wanted take out both nights. But I resisted the urge to order in. Last night was chicken, mashed potatoes, & corn on the cob and tonight was pot roast with carrots, red potatoes, red peppers, onion and corn bread.

It wasn't sausage, but close enough!

Your dinners sound delicious (except the onion of course).
