Irish Festival & Park Concert

We had a pretty busy Sunday. First, we went to Mass at the Irish Festival. Of course, we were late. We're always late. And of course we parked the farthest we could park from the stage. We had to walk entirely across the festival to get to the Irish Mass tent. The wine tent was next to the Irish Mass tent, and that was the closest we could get. People were walking through, eating, talking on cell phones, and even tossing a beach ball around. Joe has decided that next time we'll go to the regular Mass. We couldn't hear what was going on, and when we did, we couldn't understand it. Plus it was about an hour and a half long. The up side is that it was cheap. We got in for free, then only bought food and non-alcoholic drinks. Davy and Grainne had a good time being spoiled by Grandma and Grandpa.

Sunday evening, Davy, Grainne, and I went to a concert in Sycamore Park in Pickerington with Davy's cousins, aunt, and grandparents. He had a blast, and Grainne enjoyed being spoiled... um, held. The downside was that Davy was rolling down the hill and got pretty muddy and insisted on wearing his winter boots, which were promptly covered in geese poop. Oh, and he kept knocking over the popcorn, spilling it on the ground, then eating it. YUCK! Luckily he has a strong constitution and survived without catching any weird geese diseases.
